Case Studies

Qurecus ilex root balls

Large root balled Qurecus Ilex in beautiful condition installed between a large wall and synthetic tennis court. These were planted in two phases. One side shows plants which have been in situ for approximately five years the other side is in its first year.

Betula and Buxus

Large root balled Buxus and Betula. Shown on arrival to site and planted in there second year.

Field Trees

These pictures are the perfect example showing the difference between irrigating large specimen trees and not.

The trees were planted at the same time and are the same size. It was decided, due to cost to provide automatic irrigation for the first three years on a declining scale to the one group of trees and hand water the other. The results, in the first year are as shown.
